19-Year-Old Dodge Charger Driver Charged with Felony After Cars & Coffee Crash – The Drive
In the words of the Franklin PD, “In this video, Turnley is seen driving with total disregard for the safety of bystanders, many of whom had to take evasive action to avoid being run over. The vehicle Turnley was driving can be seen here, leaving the roadway and skidding onto the grass where a crowd had gathered.”
As I’m sure most readers of The Drive are aware, this sort of thing hasn’t been exactly uncommon at car meets such as Cars & Coffee—especially among a certain American muscle car.
Currently, Turnley is free on a bond of $5,500. His court date is scheduled for May 4th at 1pm. If convicted, he potentially faces up to 15 years in jail and/or a $10,000 fine, according to Carscoops.
