Cuban-American groups opposed to President Barack Obama’s plan to normalize relations with the Castro government plan to protest Saturday in Miami.

But it’s not clear how many people will show up.

Only a handful protested in Little Havana on Wednesday when the president’s announcement of a host of policy changes toward the communist nation was made.

More than two dozen exile groups are listed as participating in Saturday afternoon’s protest. Organizers have given no attendance estimates.

Obama’s decision this week to take steps to restore diplomatic relations marked the most significant shift in U.S. policy toward the country in more than half a century. Secretary of State John Kerry will begin discussions on re-establishing diplomatic relations, including plans to reopen a U.S. Embassy in the capital of Havana.
