GM to Recall 8.45 Million More Vehicles in North America – Wall Street Journal
General Motors Co. announced six new recalls Monday and increased the amount it will spend on recall-related expenses to $1.2 billion during the second quarter.
The latest recalls cover 8.45 million vehicles in North America for a variety of issues. Chief among them is unintended ignition key rotation in older Chevrolet Malibus and five other models. The auto maker is recalling 8.23 million of those vehicles alone.
