Three people hurt after Dodge Co. Crash – WBAY

DODGE COUNTY, Wis. (WBAY) — Three people are hurt after a crash in Dodge County early Sunday morning.

According to the Dodge County Sheriff’s office, a 27-year-old man from Loveland, Colorado was driving the car eastbound on Cty Tk Hwy R around 2:40 a.m. Sunday.

The driver failed to negotiate the curve at the intersection and the car left the roadway, rolled and struck a utility pole.

There were two passengers in the car at the time of the crash. A 20-year-old man, also from Loveland, Colorado and a 45-year-old man from Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The 20-year-old was ejected from the vehicle and was taken to Watertown Hospital, then transferred to US-Hospital in Madison with serious injuries.

The 45-year-old was extricated from the car and taken to Summit Hospital in Oconomowoc via helicopter with life-threatening injuries.

The driver had minor injuries and was taken to Watertown Hospital.

The crash remains under investigation.
